The TriTuff® pit and cover system was designed specifically to improve productivity at the work site by providing a lightweight but strong engineered product to Class B Loading. Over three years in the development, Tri Underground have developed a breakthrough solution using a composite of the latest highly engineered plastic composites and steel to achieve the strength of an equivalent full steel cover and cast iron collar. This system allows for a one man installation and ease of loading/unloading.

- Circular 600mm clear opening diameter LDPE Pit with permanent identifying label
- Suitable for fibre optic cable (maintains fibre bend radius requirements)
- Inlets and Outlets able to be drilled anywhere to suit
- Polypropylene collar weighing only 5.5kg compared to its 25kg cast iron predecessor
- Glass Reinforced Nylon/Steel composite Cover to certified AS3996 Class B Loading
- Cover Labeling to suit (“Electrical”, “Communications”, “Traffic” etc)
- Lockable
- Includes Cable Strap
- Lightweight cover only 10kgs
- Fully tested and approved to Queensland Main Roads MRTS-91 standard
- Approved and specified by Brisbane City Council for Traffic Signal, Electrical and Communications Applications
